Phuket is an easy first stop rather than the main event. For couples arriving long-haul, it provides ease, comfort, and a gradual transition into Thailand without the pressure to “see everything” immediately.
Upon arrival, you'll be met at the airport and driven straight to your accommodation, so the first thing you do after a long flight is have time to relax. We keep the first day light: time by the water, and the island's old town if you feel like exploring, its shophouse streets and cafes worth an unhurried afternoon.
The one outing worth making on day two is a morning at the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, where the elephants are cared for and left to roam, not ridden, not made to perform. For couples who want a little more, a round of golf, ziplining, or ATVs can be arranged. Everything else is left open on purpose.

A speedboat south, and the water turns to its clearest. Koh Phi Phi is the middle of the trip and the brightest of its beaches, reefs a short ride from a quiet resort shore, well away from the main town. Not much is planned here, by design: snorkeling in the morning if the mood takes you, a lounger and the sea if it doesn't.
A private boat can take you out to the coves and reefs in the morning before the day boats arrive, so the water is yours for an hour or two. Beyond that, we leave the days here unscheduled on purpose.

The last speedboat runs to Koh Yao Noi, set in the middle of Phang Nga Bay and quieter than the islands around it, with great hornbills crossing above the canopy in the mornings. The resorts here are among the most considered in the region, and staying to the end means the trip finishes at its slowest, an easy boat ride from here to the airport when it's time to fly home.
The days stay as still or as full as you want. A slow kayak through the mangroves and hidden bays. A private boat out to a secluded cove for a picnic as the sun sets. A cooking class that starts with what's fresh and ends at your own table. For a fuller day, the limestone towers of Phang Nga Bay are close, best reached by longtail boat and explored by kayaks, and a Muay Thai session or a morning of yoga is available if you'd like.

The route above, Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Yao Noi, is a starting point, not a fixed shape. Very little is scheduled on purpose. Slow mornings, an open afternoon, a private boat out to the reefs before the day boats arrive, all of it is offered, none of it is required. Brandon builds the pace around what the two of you actually want once he understands it, and nothing is booked until you have approved it.

Brandon plans every Island-Hopping honeymoon personally. One call to understand the two of you, a route built around your dates, and nothing booked until you approve it. Once you land, you are in daily evening contact with him by WhatsApp for the length of the trip, so there is always a direct line to the person who planned it, not a general support line. A small team works behind him on logistics and in-country coordination, but the person you talk to at the start is the person who stays with your trip through the end.
What are the best alternative islands to Koh Phi Phi for a honeymoon?
Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Yao Noi is the version most honeymooners picture, but the route can be built around other islands instead. From November through April, on the Andaman side, Koh Jum, Koh Lipe, and Koh Lanta are all real options. From December through August, when the Gulf side comes into its season, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and Khanom on the mainland coast are the better fit, particularly for couples marrying in summer. What is the best time of year to visit Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Yao Noi?
Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Yao Noi are all on the Andaman side, and November through April is generally the more reliable window. If the Gulf-side islands appeal instead, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, or Khanom, December through August is the better season, since the Andaman side sees more rain during those months.
